Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Legal will serve as senior executive responsible for overseeing the company's global legal strategy.
As the Head of Legal in our dynamic crypto and blockchain firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal framework and strategy that supports our innovative business model. You will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, providing strategic legal counsel to the executive team.
In this leadership position, you will manage complex commercial negotiations and contracts across investments, acquisitions and partnerships; develop and implement internal policies and training programs to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization; and advocate for the company’s interests with regulatory bodies as required. Your application of professional judgement will be essential as support the organisation you navigate the risks and complexities of the blockchain sector.
This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in corporate law specific to the technology, finance and evolving crypto space; excellent negotiation skills; and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to varied stakeholders.
