Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT leadership experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience in technology implementation, vendor management, and systems integration.
• Strong understanding of ERP/WMS/TMS and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on, strategic, and able to lead transformation across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation and technology roadmap execution.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and pilot activities across business units.
• Manage vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain business and technical requirements documentation.
• Oversee data migration, testing, and UAT.

• Partnerwiththeconsultantandleadershipteamtotranslatestrategyintoimplementationplans.
• Coordinaterequirementsgatheringandpilotactivitiesacrossbusinessunits.
• Leadthetransformationprogramintofullimplementationandpost-go-livestability.

Vendor&TenderManagement

• DrivetenderprocessesforERP/WMS/TMSandrelatedsystems.
• Managevendorevaluation,selection,contractnegotiation,andSLAperformance.

Project&RequirementsManagement

• Maintainbusinessandtechnicalrequirementsdocumentation.
• Manageprojecttimelines,risks,resources,andmilestones.
• ProvideupdatestotheMDandSteeringCommittee.

SystemImplementation&Integration

• Overseedatamigration,testing,andUAT.
• EnsuresmoothintegrationbetweenERP,WMS,TMS,andotherapplications.
• UpholdITsecurity,compliance,andbusinesscontinuitystandards.

ITOperations&TeamDevelopment

• LeadanddevelopaleanITteamtosupportthetransformedenvironment.
• EstablishITgovernance,policies,documentation,andpost-deploymentsupportprocesses.
