Role Overview

The Head of Investment will lead the organisation’s investment strategy, driving corporate transactions, capital markets engagement, and portfolio optimisation to enable sustainable growth.

What you will be driving:

Corporate Transactions & Business Development

• Identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle—from due diligence and valuation to negotiation and integration.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, advisors, and financing partners to strengthen the deal pipeline.

Capital Markets & Investor Engagement

• Monitor global market trends and investor sentiment to inform investment and funding strategies.
• Work with finance and strategy teams to structure funding solutions, including debt, equity, and sustainability-linked instruments.

Portfolio Management & Optimisation

• Lead active management of the investment portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for divestment, capital recycling, and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• A finance professional with strong experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure funds, or corporate development, ideally in digital infrastructure or real assets.
• Proven track record in executing large-scale transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and capital raising.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and financing structures.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
