A leading multinational retail organisation in Singapore is seeking a senior Head of Human Resources for the East Asia Pacific region. This role involves leading the strategic HR agenda, developing regional HR strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. We are partnering with a leading multinational retail organisation to appoint a senior Head of Human Resources for the East Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role will lead the strategic HR agenda, shaping workforce strategy, culture, and leadership development across multiple markets.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned to business objectives, balancing global standards with local market needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, labor law compliance, and talent priorities across 20+ markets.
  • Drive high-performance culture, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives across the region.
  • Lead strategic HR programs across talent acquisition, leadership development, and reward frameworks to support growth and transformation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to implement change management initiatives and enable a consistent, people-first approach across diverse markets.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years’ progressive HR leadership experience across multiple APAC markets.
  • Proven track record managing HR strategy in multinational, matrixed organisations.
  • Deep understanding of regional labor laws, workforce dynamics, and HR governance.
