Strategy Planning Manager/Senior Manager - job post

Location: Jurong East. Pay: $7,000 - $11,000 a month. Job type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Lead annual and long-term strategic planning; assess macroeconomic, industry, customer, and competitive trends; prepare strategy presentations for senior management.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategies; synthesize data into actionable insights; monitor emerging trends, technologies, and regulations globally.
  • Financial & M&A Evaluation: Collaborate with finance and business units to align growth initiatives with financial objectives; support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with business leaders across finance, sales, marketing, tech, HR, and operations; facilitate workshops and strategy sessions; host strategy-related events to align multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 6–10 years’ experience in in-house strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset; able to work across geographies and functions.
