Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives in Singapore. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team across performance, content, social media, and SEO/SEM functions
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation
  • Report on digital marketing KPIs and present actionable insights to senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Masters preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns and achieving measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
  • Experience in B2B/B2C tech or SaaS industries is a plus
