As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest standards in food preparation and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and cooking of crispy prata to perfection.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensure efficient food production while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate timely service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner, even during peak hours.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a chef in a high-pressure kitchen environment, preferably in a prata.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
