- Responsible for hygiene and sanitation of shop
- Checks food preparation, quality, and quantity. Inform team about complaints and improvements to be made
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to maintain freshness and safety
- Involved in creation of new dishes inline with company\'s standards and culture
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislation, health and safety regulations, and licensing conditions
Qualifications / Skills
- Stay attuned to the latest food market trends and cooking techniques or methods, assisting with new creations
- Equipped with good knowledge regarding food handling and preparation methods
