The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HDB projects, a valid RTO certificate, and proficiency in MS Project and Office. Qualifications

• Min. 2 years’ experience in Singapore HDB/construction projects.
• Hold a valid RTO (Resident Technical Officer) certificate.
• Knowledge of HDB procedures & CONQUAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning & execution of HDB window supply/installation projects.
• Coordinate with HDB, main contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with HDB standards and safety.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and budget tracking.
• Resolve on-site issues and manage project risks.
