Job summary

A professional beauty salon in Singapore is seeking skilled hairstylists to provide a variety of hair services. The ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years of experience and possess excellent customer service skills, as well as strong communication abilities in English and Chinese. Responsibilities include hair cutting, coloring, and managing client appointments. The salon offers a competitive salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in hair services.
• Able to perform all chemical works and hair treatments.
• Independently motivated and well-presented.

Basic Requirements

(Basic Salary + Commission)

• Able to do wash, blow-dry, all chemical works (Treatment, Colour, Rebonding/Perm).
• 6 days work week
• Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
• Promote wide range of services and packages
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Hardworking and team cooperation
• Able to commute well with peers / a team player
• Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
• Independent and self-motivated

What you’ll be doing

• Provide all hair services (Cutting, Shampooing, coloring, highlighting, rebonding, perm, treatments)
• Promotion of packages
• Products sales
• Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store (All staffs required)
• Perform scalp treatments
