Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and courteous service to all guests, delivering personalized service as required in all areas of Customer Service Operations.
- Conduct guest Check-In & Check-Out accurately, efficiently, and with friendliness.
- Perform in-room orientation professionally.
- Ensure all guest registry information is complete, handled with privacy and confidentiality.
- Issue keys according to strict established procedures.
- Familiarize oneself with all information regarding the property’s facilities, services, operating hours, promotions, and events.
- Stay updated on citywide events to provide accurate information and advice to guests.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, handling queries directly and avoiding unnecessary referrals.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
