  1. Provide efficient and courteous service to all guests, delivering personalized service as required in all areas of Customer Service Operations.
  2. Conduct guest Check-In & Check-Out accurately, efficiently, and with friendliness.
  3. Perform in-room orientation professionally.
  4. Ensure all guest registry information is complete, handled with privacy and confidentiality.
  5. Issue keys according to strict established procedures.
  6. Familiarize oneself with all information regarding the property’s facilities, services, operating hours, promotions, and events.
  7. Stay updated on citywide events to provide accurate information and advice to guests.
  8. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, handling queries directly and avoiding unnecessary referrals.
  9. Perform any additional duties as assigned.
