Key Responsibilities
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
  • Handle room reservations and manage booking requests
  • Attend to guest enquiries, special requests and feedback in a courteous manner
  • Maintain guest records and front desk documentation
  • Co-ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver warm, welcoming and professional service to all guests
  • Assist in ensuring overall guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns
Pre-Requisites
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems

  • Willing to work rotating shift, weekend and public holiday
