A local hospitality business in Singapore is looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide exceptional service to members and guests. In this role, you will greet patrons, manage inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in food and beverage. This position is vital in promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction.
