• 1 year of work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure all reservations are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle guests' enquiries and complaints.
• Attend to customers' needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on email enquiries.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments.
