A leading fintech company in Singapore is seeking an experienced growth marketer to build and scale user acquisition across diverse channels. This role demands strong understanding of acquisition metrics and hands-on experience in performance marketing. We are looking for a growth marketer who can build and scale our user acquisition engine across multiple channels. This role focuses on bringing in high‑quality traffic, driving conversions across the full funnel, and operating within the unique constraints of a crypto neobank.
Identify and manage top‑of‑funnel channels i.e Twitter (X), Xiaohongshu, Telegram, Discord
Build visibility on fintech/neobank comparison sites and other discovery platforms
Segment and target different user groups (airdrop hunters vs. genuine users)
Source and scale high‑intent communities across APAC, SEA, and Europe (excluding US)
Lead paid performance marketing across X, Google, Meta, TikTok
Build a multi‑channel acquisition strategy that drives traffic completing the user journey
Manage influencer/KOL acquisition funnels together with the KOL team
Support affiliate and community partnership channels
Work with Product/Ops on in‑app growth loops such as referrals and incentives
Set clear KPIs, run experiments, and optimize for cost‑efficient acquisition
Navigate KYC, fiat rails, and conversion friction points
Ensure channel strategies comply with ad rules and regulatory requirements
Adapt marketing approaches based on compliance constraints
Min 6 years of experience in growth/acquisition of fintech, neobank, crypto, or similar digital products
Strong understanding of acquisition metrics such as CAC, LTV, cohorts, conversion
A plus point with understanding of crypto user motivations i.e yield, speed, UX and their decision‑making
Experience running campaigns across APAC/SEA/Europe
Hands‑on execution experience across paid channels and community‑driven channels
Ability to build acquisition processes from scratch
Comfortable with fast‑paced, early‑stage environments
