Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and inspire F&B managers, supervisors, and culinary teams to consistently achieve and exceed established food preparation and service standards.
  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of the Food & Beverage departments across the hotel group, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety, hygiene, and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relations and guest experiences, maintaining well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with property-level F&B teams to innovate and drive revenue growth through new product offerings, concepts, and promotions.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage the financial performance of the F&B departments, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Monitor performance to ensure all financial targets are met, working closely with property managers to adjust strategies where necessary.
  • Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive work environment and offering guidance and professional development for employees at all levels.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of F&B services across properties, providing strategic direction and support to property teams.
  • Utilize effective communication and leadership skills to influence, motivate, and lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Make sound business decisions based on thorough financial analysis, demonstrating integrity and leading by example.
  • Implement and maintain the highest standards in customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Support teams in understanding guest needs and coach staff to enhance service delivery, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure F&B teams adhere to food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining consistent standards across all properties.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely acquisition of products and services that meet quality and cost requirements.
  • Monitor staffing levels to align with business demands and ensure optimal service delivery during peak times.
  • Continuously evaluate food quality, presentation, and service to maintain brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Support team development by identifying training needs, offering mentoring, and fostering professional growth opportunities.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling certifications and equipment maintenance.
