Qualifications

Job description

• Prepare consolidated management accounts, financial statements, and annual report for the Group
• Prepare SGX announcements
• Review subsidiary-level financial statements
• Review payments and ensure proper controls are adhered to
• Drive best practices and consistent processes across Group
• Implement and improve on the financial statement close process
• Participate in projects for improvement in systems and processes
• Continual review of internal control and workflow for improvement
• Coach/support team in handling complex issues/exceptions
• Oversee and manage team and external reporting
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax consultants
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CFO

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity of 3 years with a Big Four audit firm
• Conversant with SFRS(I) and Singapore tax
• Possess good analytical skills and meticulous with a high level of integrity
• Mature, detail-oriented with organizational skills and adaptability
• Tenacity to manage tight deadlines and multiple tasks
• Degree in accounting or ACCA accreditation
• Proficient in reading documents in Chinese
