A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for a Trainee to join the Tech Strategy team. This 6-month full-time onsite role will focus on Technical Programme Management, helping to enhance tech governance and collaborate on procurement management. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has strong analytical and documentation skills, and thrives in a self-directed environment. Exposure to coding or program management is desirable, ensuring impactful contributions to various high-ambiguity projects.

The Tech Strategy team is responsible for driving key technology initiatives across Grab's Technology organization. Its mandate encompasses strategic planning for technology investments, identifying avenues to enhance the productivity of the technology organization, developing the technology talent strategy, managing technology partnerships, and spearheading various ad hoc programs as required.
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
This role supports the Tech Strategy & PMO org in Grab and essentially manages all aspects of Tech Planning from Technical Programme Management across Platforms and/Verticals, to Technical Programme/Procurement Management to Tech Governance Oversight and Tech Strategy Planning.
The trainees will be assigned to any one of above areas within the org.

As the Tech Strategy team is composed of a bunch of senior ICs, a Trainee with our team will be assigned high-ambiguity projects with clear guidance, but we will naturally be very light on hand-holding. The candidate must possess a high level of independence and proactiveness to land meaningful contributions.
