A leading superapp company in Singapore is seeking a Trainee for their sales operations team. This full-time role offers exposure to business partnering and operational processes while collaborating with commercial teams. Ideal candidates will develop critical skills in sales insights and optimisation strategies, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience in a dynamic environment.

This Trainee will support both our country sales operations and commercial excellence team in delivering sales operations excellence in areas of business partnering, sales insights, process excellence and system integrations. The trainee will gain experience in cross functional collaboration and scaling enterprise operations.
Grab offers exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where trainees can develop both technical and communication skills while supporting cross-functional projects.
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
