Job summary

A leading organization in workplace safety is seeking a General Manager to drive strategic and operational excellence for the Secretariat and Academy. The role requires strong leadership to translate strategic directives, improve revenue, and oversee talent development within the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a similar setting, with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the regulatory framework in Singapore. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership.
• Proven ability to manage education or training organizations successfully.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic execution across Secretariat and Academy functions.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for SISO.
• Expand partnerships and outreach to support SISO’s strategic vision.
• Manage and develop a multi-functional team.
