Job summary

A leading materials company in Singapore seeks an experienced ESG Manager to lead sustainability reporting and develop decarbonization strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in sustainability, strong knowledge of ESG reporting standards, and a willingness to travel between Malaysia and Singapore. This role combines strategic thinking with operational expertise to advance sustainability initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in sustainability or related functions.
• Proven ability to integrate sustainability strategies with broader business goals.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group-wide sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Develop and implement the Group’s decarbonization framework.
• Track and analyze developments in carbon markets and pricing.
• Represent the Group at ESG events and dialogues.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies on sustainability reporting.
• Partner with business units to drive sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare sustainability dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Finance on sustainability-linked financing.
• Provide guidance and training for internal sustainability practices.
• Travel regularly to oversee reporting processes.
