Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Rewards Head to lead the Total Rewards function of an Established Multinational Manufacturing Organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s global compensation and benefits strategy, managing executive remuneration, and supporting IPO preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of the Compensation Committee, advising on executive compensation and global reward programs.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, variable pay, equity incentives, and long-term reward schemes.
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Leverage data analysis and HR technology to evaluate compensation effectiveness and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to enhance employee engagement, performance, and career development.
  • Support IPO readiness, ensuring executive compensation disclosure and alignment with shareholder interests.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Global Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, ideally within a multinational organization or as a consultant at a leading advisory firm.
  • Proven expertise in executive compensation, equity plans, and global long-term incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in HRIS, compensation management systems, and reporting tools.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide teams and influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or other languages is advantageous.
  • Business acumen to align rewards strategy with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
