Job summary

A global shipping company in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to develop their client base and enhance market presence. Responsibilities include generating leads, preparing proposals, engaging clients, and supporting sales operations. Ideal candidates should have a degree in business management, 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience in the maritime sector is a plus. Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in sales and marketing or other related business management stream.
  • Ability/proficiency to use MS office, Google suite, CRM software.
  • 2-3 years working experience in sales (B2B) is preferred.
  • Past experience in Maritime sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Preparing and sending quotations and proposals.
  • Engaging potential clients in person or by phone/email.
  • Handling queries and feedback from existing and prospective clients.
  • Onboarding of new clients.
  • Developing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Implementing marketing plans.
  • Supporting client and market engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct client surveys and analysis.
  • Support operations team in delivering quality service.
  • Support finance team in managing Accounts receivables.
