• Lead global teams across operations, IT, and sales.
• Identify white-space opportunities within the client’s ecosystem.

Skills

Native/Bilingual fluency in Mandarin

Fluency in English

Deep understanding of Singaporean and Chinese business etiquette

Experience in BPO, Tech, or Outsourcing

Ability to manage large-scale budgets
