Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Master / Chief Officer on Dry Cargo vessels.
• 7 years in a shore-based role, with last 3 in Mid-Senior Management.
• Experience in developing strategic business plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive business sustainability strategies for Dry Bulk vessels.
• Oversee incident investigations and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with International Maritime regulations.
