A leading logistics firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to formulate and promote management strategies across Asia. The role demands over 20 years of experience in freight forwarding and multimodal sales, alongside excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. As part of the role, the candidate will manage strategy execution and oversee sales projects while ensuring alignment with the broader growth strategy. A strong understanding of market changes and the ability to communicate in Japanese are essential.
This position is responsible for formulating and promoting management strategies in NX based on marketing across the entire Asia region, covering both East Asia and Southeast Asia. In particular, the primary mission is to accurately capture the opportunities arising from the “China Plus One” shift in supply chains, driven by geopolitical risks and the slowdown of the Chinese economy, and to link these opportunities to the growth strategy of NX Group.
In formulating and promoting management strategies, a deep understanding of our core business in logistics is essential, particularly experience in strategy development for the forwarding business, which is anetwork-based operation, as well as extensive knowledge of its operational processes. In addition, experience in marketing and analysis, as well as knowledge related to the target key industries—particularly products, manufacturers, and sales companies in the semiconductor, technology, and mobility sectors—are also essential.
In promoting these initiatives, it is essential to lead and coordinate among the countries in the East Asia region, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea, as well as the ASEAN nations, our Group headquarters, and Japan, which is our mother market.
