Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Strategy - Drives revenue by leading the sales teams, developing marine sales strategies and set targets for marine products.
• Develop and execute sales plan to achieve revenue retention growth and new business targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and buying motivations.
• Market & Client Relations - Monitor market trends and build strong relationships with clients (shipowners, OEMs, partners).
• Team Leadership - Train, motivate and manage staff across sales and technical departments.

Job Requirements

• Qualification – Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
• At least 15 years of relevant marine sales experience in similar industry in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in marine sales, business management, or a related maritime field
• Good contacts in the marine industry to explore new sales leads/orders.
• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are only able to apply.
