As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a capable and forward-looking General Manager to lead the organisation and drive sustainable performance.
Provide overall leadership and direction for the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities (Strategy Development, Organisational Leadership)
Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability (Business Strategy, Business Development)
Oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards (Operations Management, Project Management, Workplace Safety and Health)
Lead and manage senior managers and functional teams, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture (People Management, Performance Management, Talent Development)
Strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the construction ecosystem (Stakeholder Management, Client Relationship Management)
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and risk mitigation (Financial Management, Risk Management)
