About the Company

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a capable and forward-looking General Manager to lead the organisation and drive sustainable performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities (Strategy Development, Organisational Leadership)

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability (Business Strategy, Business Development)

  • Oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards (Operations Management, Project Management, Workplace Safety and Health)

  • Lead and manage senior managers and functional teams, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture (People Management, Performance Management, Talent Development)

  • Strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the construction ecosystem (Stakeholder Management, Client Relationship Management)

  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and risk mitigation (Financial Management, Risk Management)

Requirements
