Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Investment & Capital Raising: Identify and engage high-net-worth investors and corporate entities from Mainland China to invest in Singapore’s vibrant nightlife and entertainment industry.
  • Tenant Acquisition: Strategically source and secure premium tenants from Mainland China to lease our 4-storey commercial property, ensuring a high-yield and synergistic tenant mix.
  • Project Design & Concept Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and design diverse nightlife operations (e.g., clubs, lounges, KTVs). Translate business visions into functional, high‑aesthetic interior design layouts.
  • Renovation & Project Management: Oversee full-cycle renovation projects. Act as the primary liaison with general contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Singapore’s building standards.
  • International Procurement & Logistics: Negotiate directly with suppliers in Mainland China for furniture, lighting, sound system and specialized equipment. Manage the end‑to‑end supply chain, including quality control, shipping, and customs clearance into Singapore.
  • Strategic Investment Research: Conduct market research to identify lucrative real estate or business investment opportunities within Mainland China for the company’s portfolio.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations and tenant activities strictly adhere to Singapore’s nightlife regulations, liquor licensing, and MOM/URA/SCDF requirements.
  • Cross‑Border Legal & Market Advisory: Provide expertise on Mainland China’s legal frameworks, trade policies, and market trends to mitigate risks in cross‑border transactions.
