Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in developing and implementing regional business support strategies and annual work plans for the APAC region.

  • Coordinate and oversee business support activities across regional business units to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Provide business, pre-sales, and commercial support for major customer projects and key tender activities.

  • Facilitate collaboration and resource coordination among regional and cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in establishing, improving, and implementing business support policies, procedures, and operational workflows.

  • Monitor the execution of business support processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

  • Support the development and operation of solution support, bid management, and commercial pricing support frameworks in accordance with delegated approval processes.

  • Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the business support team and contribute to talent development initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • 12 to 18 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 6 years in a management role.

  • Experience in telecommunications, ICT, or related industries.

  • Experience working in a regional or international business environment is preferred.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region when required.
