- Deliver an outstanding member experience at all times.
- Protect and enhance the reputation of the club, its members, and investors.
- Work with teams to ensure service standards consistently reflect the club’s values of exclusivity and excellence.
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, inspire, and manage dynamic teams across membership, operations, culinary, wine, cellar, facilities, accounts, events, and marketing functions.
- Partner with senior leadership and the Board, supporting board meetings and annual shareholder meetings.
- Present confident, credible, and charismatic leadership that motivates staff and reassures members.
- Be accountable for the operational and financial performance of the business.
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations and profitability.
- Drive innovation and initiate constructive change to continually improve the club’s offerings.
- Oversee creative direction with a genuine affinity for both food and wine, ensuring both remain integral to the member experience.
- Lead the design and delivery of unique, high-quality events that engage and impress members.
Compliance, Safety & Well-being
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Champion the health, safety, and well-being of staff and members across all departments.
- Proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures.
