  • Protect and enhance the reputation of the club, its members, and investors.
  • Work with teams to ensure service standards consistently reflect the club’s values of exclusivity and excellence.
Leadership & Operations
  • Lead, inspire, and manage dynamic teams across membership, operations, culinary, wine, cellar, facilities, accounts, events, and marketing functions.
  • Partner with senior leadership and the Board, supporting board meetings and annual shareholder meetings.
  • Present confident, credible, and charismatic leadership that motivates staff and reassures members.
  • Be accountable for the operational and financial performance of the business.
Business Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations and profitability.
  • Drive innovation and initiate constructive change to continually improve the club’s offerings.
