The General Manager (Business Development) will lead market expansion and revenue growth for the company’s cybersecurity solutions in Indonesia. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving enterprise and government sales, and establishing the company as a trusted cybersecurity provider in the local market.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share in Indonesia and local market.
  • Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, financial services, telecom, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Lead market entry and expansion planning for new cybersecurity products and services.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key clients, system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Lead high-value contract negotiations and long-term commercial agreements.
  • Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., BSSN, PDP Law, government procurement frameworks).
  • Engage with regulators, industry associations, and public sector stakeholders when required.
  • Build and lead the Indonesia business development and sales team.
  • Work closely with technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • The role requires flexibility and readiness to travel locally and overseas on a regular basis, subject to business needs.
