  • Support rapid prototyping by maintaining simple, efficient art workflows and tools.
  • Collaborate with programmers and designers to ensure visuals support gameplay and player clarity.
  • Optimize assets and resolve visual or performance issues across builds and playtests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with modern game engines (e.g., Unity or Unreal) and experience implementing art assets in-engine.
  • Strong fundamentals in 3D art creation (models, textures, materials), with an understanding of game-ready asset constraints.
  • Basic technical knowledge of shaders, lighting, materials, and animation setup.
