A leading global financial services firm is seeking an Associate in Automated Trading Strategies to join their team in Singapore. This role focuses on designing and running automated systematic trading strategies, improving risk management and client distribution in the FX market-making business. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in a quantitative field and possess strong programming skills. Qualifications

  • At least two years of industry experience or equivalent further academic study.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active interest in markets and quantitative trading.

Responsibilities

  • Produce innovative research on quantitative trading strategies
  • Use data‑driven techniques and backtesting to demonstrate performance improvements
  • Implement strategies in production code and enhance trading software systems
  • Optimize client pricing distribution
  • Monitor performance and resolve day‑to‑day trading issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth

Skills

Strong programming skills in C++
