  • Fundraising Manager
  • Location:Woodlands
  • Working Days/Hours: Monday - Thurs 8.30am to 6pm. Friday 8.30am to 530pm (After Confirmation 1 day WFH in a week.)
  • Salary:$5000-$5800

We are seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop and manage a sustainable pipeline of donors, partners, and sponsors. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Partnerships, this role leads fundraising strategy, execution, and donor management to support long-term financial sustainability.

Roles and Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, and grants.

  • Set and monitor annual fundraising targets with management and Finance team.

  • Align fundraising initiatives with organisational funding needs.

Donor & Partner Management
  • Liaisewith donors, sponsors, and partners.

  • Execute donor engagement activities, campaigns, and reporting.

  • Oversee donor database, records, and giving history.

  • Produce donor-specific content such as proposals and impact updates.

Proposal & Grant Development
  • Research and evaluate grant opportunities.

  • Prepare grant applications, proposals, and required reports.

Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work with Communications team on fundraising materials and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with Services, Finance, and Operations teams on budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

Data & Reporting
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

  • Use data to refine fundraising strategies.

Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships.

  • Knowledge of the Charities Act and IPC Governance Standards.
