Job summary

A wellness clinic in Singapore seeks a Functional Wellness / Stretch Therapist to support patient rehabilitation in a clinical retail setting. Responsibilities include applying therapy techniques, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. A Certificate or Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy/Sports Science is required. This role also involves engaging in marketing initiatives and requires strong interpersonal skills. Job description

As a Functional Wellness / Stretch Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting the rehabilitation and recovery of patients in a clinical retail setting, working closely with our Chiropractor and Physiotherapist to provide personalised therapy programmes and activities.

• Work closely with Chiropractor and Physiotherapist to provide rehabilitation therapy programmes and activities for patients in a clinical retail setting
• Apply therapy techniques on patients
• Educate and advise patients on intervention programmes
• Monitor the progression of the patients’ recovery
• Build positive relationships with patients
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Support Marketing team in all marketing initiatives and carry out marketing and promotional campaigns such as new product launches, trade fairs, corporate events, special programmes, workshops, events and roadshows
• Participate in in-house training sessions to improve knowledge and applicable therapy skills
• Work retail hours, 5.5days week

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy/Sports Science or its equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong integrity
• Physically fit as you will be on your feet a lot to work on patients

Commission structure will be made available to you upon confirmation of employment. Gross salary can go up to $4.5k.
