The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who is ready to evolve beyond traditional software development. In this role, your primary objective is to build and ship next-generation user experiences. However, you will be one of the industry's first true "AI-Native" engineers. You will treat LLMs and generative tools as your junior developers, delegating the implementation details to them while you focus on the high-leverage work:

System Architecture, Complex State Logic, and "Butter Smooth" UX.

You act less like a bricklayer placing every bracket, and more like an architect conducting a symphony of automated code generation to deliver robust products at 10x speed.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Product Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of features using React/TypeScript (Frontend) and Python/Node.js (Backend). Leverage Vibe Coding techniques to bypass repetitive coding tasks and ship faster.
• Architectural Stewardship: Since AI helps generate the implementation, your value shifts to the "Big Picture." You will design scalable schemas, define robust API contracts, and ensure the structural integrity of the code that the AI generates.
• "Vibe" & UX Polish: AI is great at logic, but human intuition is required for the "feel." You will obsess over the details—tuning 60fps animations, handling micro-interactions, and ensuring the interface feels alive and responsive in Desktop and Automotive environments.
• Bridging AI & Reality: You will handle the hard parts that AI struggles with: hardware constraints, complex state management (Redux/Zustand), security protocols, and real-time performance optimization.
• Rapid Prototyping: Work directly with product managers to turn abstract ideas into functional, interactive proofs-of-concept in real-time, iterating at the speed of conversation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional Full Stack development experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Modern Stack: Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, etc. for frontend; Node.js or Python, etc for backend. Architecture First: Ability to design clean data models and component hierarchies before coding. You need to know what to ask the AI to build.
• Code Review & Debugging: Exceptional skill in reading and verifying code. In a Vibe Coding workflow, you are the Senior Reviewer/Auditor of AI-generated code.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: Familiarity with using LLMs (Claude, GPT, Cursor, Copilot) for coding. You treat prompt engineering as a technical skill and know how to guide AI to produce secure, clean code.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment where Web technologies meet native platforms (Electron, Android Automotive, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Hybrid App Development: Experience with Electron, React Native, or Flutter (embedding web views).
• Creative Engineering: A background in creative coding, game development (Three.js/WebGL), or design-focused frontend work.
• State Management: Deep understanding of complex state synchronization to manage AI-driven UI updates.
