A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts and HR Executive. This role covers the full accounting cycle, including managing financial transactions and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities also involve HR functions like recruitment and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting, proficiency in Navision or Business Central 365, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Association of Singapore
Proficient in using accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics - Navision or Business Central 365) is a MUST !
Must be Degree Holder or Certification in Accounting
With at least 1year of relevant experience in handling full set accounts, minor in HR duties
Must keen to work under Association industry in Energy Sector. [ 15 Headcount ]
As an Accounts (Full set) and HR Executive, you will be responsible for
the full accounting cycle, from processing invoices and payments to preparing financial reports.
Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
Process and record invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and monitor expenditure to ensure financial stability
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Prepare and submit GST and tax preparation and compliance
Provide support to the team as needed
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep employee records and staff welfare.
Recruitment of new staff such as posting job advertisements, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process, handling the onboarding of new staff, and exit clearance etc.
Handle all administrative matters related to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, processing NS claims, childcare leave or parental leave claims
Review and administer Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
Submission of NS claims, childcare leave claims, maternity leave, paternity leave claims
Liaise with the insurance company regarding staff movement.
Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policies and procedures.
