Job summary

A community service organization in Singapore is looking for a Clubhouse Executive on a 3-month contract. This role focuses on assisting operations, particularly in the Front Office and taking on various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have a Nitec qualification, at least one year of customer service experience, and possess excellent communication skills. A cheerful personality with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, as well as on weekends and public holidays, is essential.

CLUBHOUSE EXECUTIVE (3 months Contract)

(Location : Changi Clubhouse)

As a Clubhouse Executive in our Clubhouse, you will report to our Director/ Assistant Manager, Clubhouse.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assist the Manager in supporting the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.
  • Handling duties of the Front Office. Handle enquiries (walk-in/phone) and assist in operations and administration of the Front Office.
  • Assist in all aspects of Admin & Operational matters for Clubhouse
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
We want you, if you have/are:
  • Minimum Nitec with at least 1 years of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A cheerful personality and willing to go “extra mile” for customers.
  • A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.
