Job description

The company is a premium hotpot dining establishment, hiring for a Front of House (FOH) team member to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests enjoy a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Location: Central Area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, seat, and attend to customers with professionalism.
  • Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area.
  • Handle customer enquiries, simple service recovery, and guest requests.
  • Work closely with both the kitchen and service team to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Customer-focused, friendly, and energetic.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
