A reputable legal company in Singapore is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact. The role includes welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to the legal team. Our client is a reputable company in the legal industry. They’re looking for a friendly, professional, and well‑organized Receptionist to be the first point of836 contact at their firm. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while providing vital administrative support to their legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors: Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Maintain front megted: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Manage appointments: Coordinate meetings and appointments, manage meeting room arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office.
  • Handle correspondence & შquiries: Receive and distribute mail, manage deliveries, direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
  • Administrative support: Assist in preparing and organizing documents for meetings, and assist the lawyers and office staff as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (experience in a legal firm or corporate setting preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and service‑oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
