Periodically review business processes and customer SOPs to make them more efficient and up to date.
Active engagement with key suppliers and vendors, including carriers.
Accountabilities
Joint accountability with Branch Manager for delivering Top‑Line financial performance targets.
Increase nomination from strategic network agents.
Consistent business from regular customers, and business from new customers.
Prompt reply of customer inquiries which include bookings, rate inquiries, track and trace shipments, and others.
