Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports for the CEO and Board.
• Partner on financial modeling, due diligence, and investor materials.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Coach and oversee Finance Managers to build consistent reporting practices.
• Advise on strategic projects like entity structuring and capital allocation.
