Job description
    The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Glanbia Performance Nutrition will be responsible for streamlining and consolidating financial operations across Asia Markets. In this role, you will support the Director of FP&A, collaborate with cluster leads, and work closely with the Revenue Growth Manager to enhance financial accuracy, optimize forecasting, and drive data-driven decision-making.Your key responsibilities will include:Financial Consolidation & Reporting:- Aggregate and consolidate financial data from various clusters for comprehensive regional reporting.- Ensure timely, accurate financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and develop KPI dashboards for senior leadership.Budgeting & Forecasting:- Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with market cluster leads.- Maintain rolling forecasts to align with current market dynamics and strategic goals.- Provide analytical insights to improve financial planning processes.Transactional Process Oversight:- Oversee transactional FP&A activities to ensure standardization and efficiency across clusters.- Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to maintain data accuracy and integrity.- Drive the transition to automated processes for enhanced operational efficiency.Advanced Financial Analysis:- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks.- Collaborate with the Revenue Growth Manager to evaluate revenue drivers and pricing strategies.- Present data-driven recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Serve as a liaison between the FP&A Director, cluster leads, and Revenue Growth Manager.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.- Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.Process Optimization:- Identify and implement best practices for reporting, data collection, and analysis.- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.Compliance & Risk Management:- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation plans.The ideal candidate will possess:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA/CFA / CA preferred.- 5-7 years of FP&A experience in a multinational setting, with exposure to multi-market operations.- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data concisely.- Proven ability to influence in a matrix structure.This position will be based in Mumbai, India.
