Job summary

A Japanese food kiosk in Singapore's CBD is looking for a full-time Food Service and Operations Crew member. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, customer service, and maintaining kiosk hygiene. No experience is required as training will be provided, but preference is given to candidates with F&B service experience. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and is open to Singaporeans and PRs. Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays may be required.

About Us

We are a Japanese food kiosk offering freshly prepareddeep-fried items (agemono)andJapanese bento setsfor takeaway customers in Singapore’s bustling CBD area. Our concept combines the warmth of Japanese hospitality with the convenience of quick service dining.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily kiosk operations including food preparation, customer service, and cashiering
  • Prepare and serve Japanese fried foods (korokke, ebi fry, karaage, etc.) and bento meals according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk in compliance with SFA regulations
  • Handle customer orders promptly and accurately
  • Refill and restock ingredients and packaging materials as needed
  • Support opening and closing duties of the kiosk
  • Work closely with kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handling online business enquiries and orders through social platforms
  • Ad-Hoc - Local/Overseas Food Exhibitions Participation

Requirements

  • Singaporean / PR preferred
  • No experience required – training will be provided
  • Candidates with experience in F&B service, kiosk or takeaway outlets will have an advantage
  • Possession of a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 (Food Handler) Certificate is an advantage
  • Responsible, friendly and customer-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to workrotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • 5.5 days per week
