Responsibilities

• Check the kitchen and equipment, monitor and ensure outlet operations run efficiently.
• Ensure outlet staff prepare food in accordance with policies and procedures, and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure staff compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor outlets to remain neat and clean at all times, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
• Plan and arrange duty rosters for outlet staff, ensuring sufficient manpower to support operations.
• Assist in hiring new outlet staff, handle phone calls from candidates and conduct onsite interviews.
• Assist in setting up new outlets or closing down outlets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors in a professional and positive manner.
• Monitor the performance of all team members, encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way communication.
• Coordinate with the HR department to arrange training sessions and refresher courses for outlet staff.
• Provide supervision, guidance and leadership for teams to achieve sectoral goals.
• Other ad hoc duties.
