• Oversee efficiency daily operation running of the restaurant
• Maintenance Restaurant Budget and meet the target goal
• Planning sales and marketing promotion and events
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• To work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus
• Control purchases and inventory
• Prepare financial record for management
• Handling administration and paper work
• Liaising with guest, employee, suppliers, sales representative and authorised department.
