Job description
Overview

You will be responsible in providing daily operational support for Food Services Department. Your duties will also include:

  • Ensure smooth operations during plating service
  • Management of projects
  • Management of finance and budget control
  • Supervisory role – management of staff in the section
  • Engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Management in one of operations support areas:
    • Management of meal ordering system
    • Management of outsourced partner (Dishwashing Operations and Maintenance)
    • Management of outsourced partner (Meal Servers)
    • Management of food procurement, distribution process, and inventory management. Ensuring food are stored in accordance with the guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Food Service Management/Food Business Management, Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred
  • Able to commit 6 days work week (AM Shift: 6am - 2pm; PM Shift: 11.30am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 8.30pm)
  • Experience in management and operations will be an advantage
  • IT savvy
  • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
