About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven FNB Outlet Manager in Training to join the team at The Summer Acai'. This is a full‑time position that will provide you with the opportunity to learn all aspects of managing an outlet within the FNB industry. You will gain hands‑on experience in overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Strictly adhere to supervisor instructions, SOPs, and provided recipes.
• Comply with food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Prepare Acai Bowls and beverages (training will be provided).
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Prepare fruits, ingredients, sauces, and bases during preparation.
• Handle cashier duties.
• Serve customers and assist them with ordering (provide information about the menu and Acai sources, etc.).
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the store.
• Sweep and mop floors during shifts (including cleaning the dining area if necessary).
• Assist in cleaning food service operating supplies and equipment.
• Unpack and organize inventory and supplies upon delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with management, such as updating inventory levels and discrepancies, resolving customer complaints, and addressing issues related to delivery personnel.
• Perform temporary duties as needed.
• Train and mentor new team members according to TSA's standard operating procedures.
