A healthy food company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage retail, e-commerce, and corporate sales. The role involves building relationships with retailers, optimizing online presence, and developing corporate gifting programs. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years in FMCG, a commercial mindset, and a passion for healthy living. They should be skilled in negotiation and data reporting. To grow Zenko Superfoods’ presence in Singapore by driving offline retail, e-commerce, and corporate sales, while ensuring strong brand visibility, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
Manage relationships with retail partners such as FairPrice Finest, Cold Storage, and RedMart.
Negotiate listings, promotions, and in-store activations.
Monitor sell-out data, reorder needs, and campaign performance.
Manage Zenko’s online presence on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, RedMart).
Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and product page optimization.
Analyze sales data, ad ROI, and customer feedback.
Identify and pitch to corporate clients (offices, gyms, cafés, wellness centers).
Develop gifting and pantry programs with regular B2B orders.
Maintain relationships and handle quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups.
Support new product launches across channels.
Manage marketing campaigns with key retailers.
Coordinate with the regional marketing team on campaigns and PR.
Track monthly sales performance by channel.
Manage stock levels and coordinate orders with HQ.
Provide insights on competitor activities and consumer trends.
Monthly sales growth per channel (Retail, E-commerce, Corporate).
Number of new corporate clients onboarded.
On-shelf availability & merchandising score.
ROI of campaigns and activations.
3–6 years in FMCG, preferably in snacks, beverages, or healthy foods.
Experience managing both retail and online channels.
Proven ability to handle buyers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Hands-on with data reporting (Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.).
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Creative in finding new sales or partnership opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Self-starter, results-driven, and entrepreneurial.
Passionate about healthy living and sustainability.
Enjoys balancing strategy with daily execution.
